Transparency in eDiscovery Costs with Sonya Judkins
Utilizing multiple principals of transparency, such as clarity, accountability, and accessibility, is critical to managing the costs associated with complex eDiscovery tasks and processes. Transparency for comprehensive information allows all parties to make informed decisions, assess fairness, and align costs with the scope of the case. eDiscovery costs have significant finance implications throughout the stages of litigation and without transparency, you’ll discover how quickly costs and risks increase leaving ambiguity and lack of trust with your shareholders.
We invite you to join on February 15, 2024 at 11:00 – 12:00 to discuss why transparency is essential to eDiscovery costs.
This event has two options: in person at Archer & Greiner P.C. 3 Logan Square, 1717 Arch St. Phila. PA 19103 or virtual. Once registered we will send an link to access the meeting.
