Sarah Leonard earned her M.S.L. from Cardozo Law, focused on Data & Privacy Law. After a decade in Digital Advertising Operations, she has transitioned into Data Privacy, currently as a Specialist. Sarah has been the Director of the Philadelphia Chapter of Women in eDiscovery since 2020. She is currently studying for her CIPT and CEDS. When not thinking about eDiscovery and Privacy, she is a volunteer coach and grant writer for Girls on the Run Philadelphia.
Richard has a decade of full life cycle eDiscovery experience comprised of consulting, litigation support, best practices, and account management. He has worked for Innovative Development, a business process professional services company. His sales and marketing background has provided clients exceptional customized solutions based on highly specific requirements utilizing various tools. In addition to being appointed to the ACEDS Philadelphia Board, Richard is a recent past Director of the ACEDS DC Chapter along with serving currently as a Director of ARMA Liberty Bell Chapter in Philadelphia.
Public Relations & Marketing Director
Megan is a seasoned eDiscovery project manager with extensive experience managing large-scale electronic data discovery projects. She is skilled at developing and overseeing the complete project life cycle – from extraction through processing, hosting, review, and production. With a background in information systems management and a deep knowledge of eDiscovery technologies, Megan is equipped to effectively assist clients with creating custom eDiscovery project plans that are both efficient and risk-averse. She also supports client teams in defining production specifications, creating defensible workflows, setting project timelines, and implementing quality control mechanisms.
As Archer’s Litigation Technology Manager, Michael regularly consults with the firm’s attorneys and their clients on technical and strategic issues regarding electronic discovery. Michael works with the firm’s litigators on a wide range of cases, including complex environmental litigation, complex commercial disputes, intellectual property matters, personal injury matters, and employment discrimination cases. Michael is responsible for the firmwide coordination and promotion of litigation technology, the identification and evaluation of new litigation technology products and services, as well as the management of the firm’s litigation practice support staff.

Chris is eDiscovery Counsel at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg. He focuses his practice on e-Discovery technology and services litigation. He works with clients in all phases of electronic discovery, including data preservation, collection, search term processes, data culling and processing, document review, and production. Chris has experience managing document reviews, preparing privilege and redaction logs, negotiating ESI protocols, and working with outside vendors to meet clients’ e-Discovery needs. Chris passed the Certified eDiscovery Specialist Exam in December 2021. When not thinking about eDiscovery, he enjoys golfing and running.

Christa Iannone is the Manager of Practice Support for Duane Morris LLP. She leads a team of subject matter experts applying cost efficient solutions in the areas of AI, forensics, eDiscovery, document review and trial support. She is also passionate about finding the right technology solutions to the everyday challenges for practicing lawyers. She has been in the legal profession for over 30 years. She started her career as a litigation paralegal working on matters such as, the Meridian Fire in Phila, Noise-Induced Hearing Loss Claims, Enron and "big data" matters. Previous to Duane Morris, she was the Director of Litigation Support for both Blank Rome and Cozen O'Connor.
